NAR's Code of Ethics
NAR requires members to take a Code of Ethics (COE) class every three years. The current three-year cycle is 1/1/2022-12/31/2024. You can take the class in person or online through various vendors. Contact your local board for in-person or virtual live options. NAR’s online COE can include the optional CE credit, or you can fulfill the Code of Ethics Training requirement by earning or renewing your C2EX endorsement. This option does not include CE credit. Online Options for Salesperson or Broker Exam Prep
PSI has practice exams which contain 80-100 items based on the national examination content outline. Many practice tests provide detailed score reports and a question by question breakdown analysis of your responses against the correct answer. All practice exams are completely web-based so there’s no software to load and it’s accessible anywhere you have a computer and Internet connection. Tests are available to be taken immediately or can be purchased and taken at a later date. You can find more information here.

Online Options for Designations/Certifications
The National Association of REALTORS® Internet-based education delivery system is where real estate professionals can take courses and complete certifications and designations online. Try the first module of any course for free to determine its relevance to your particular needs and requirements. Many courses are approved for State of Connecticut elective continuing education credit; be sure to check specific course information for details.
