"What You Need to Know by August 17"
Tuesday, August 13, 2024 | 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Virtual via Zoom
REGISTRATION CLOSED AT 1:00 PM ON MONDAY, AUGUST 12
The course is only open to CT REALTOR® members and there is no cost to register. It may be taken for CE or watched without CE credit. Visit CTR's NAR Settlement Education page for materials from the similar course held on July 31.
Course Content
Includes NAR Settlement details, practice issues, Connecticut statutory/regulations compliance, frequently asked questions, changes made to several CTR forms for settlement compliance, a review of the Prospective Parties disclosure form required in CT statute since April 1, Antitrust Frequently Asked Questions and a model antitrust compliance manual for brokerages/employees/agents.
Obtain 3 Hours of CE
To be eligible for Connecticut CE credit, you must be a CT REALTOR®, have your own individual registration link, your own email, and participate with the course using your own screen and keyboard. CTR electronically verifies individual attendance and engagement throughout the course presentation. You may not share your registration/zoom link with others as the course approval will have a link uniquely assigned to you. You cannot get CE credit twice by taking a course a second time - DCP does not allow it.
Before You Register:
Be sure you have this information: 1. Your name as it appears on your real estate license; 2. Your real estate license number; 3. Your email address (typed correctly).
Registration closed on Monday, August 12 at 1 pm. CTR will not be able to troubleshoot technical issues on August 13, so please be sure you know how to use Zoom and to have your name appear correctly on your Zoom display prior to the course starting.
Note:
1. Anyone who is not a CT REALTOR® member will be removed from registration.
2. No one may utilize an artificial intelligence assistant or any type of recording device with this program.
