"Scams, Fraud and Liability" Course

The course is only open to CT REALTOR® members and there is no cost to register. It may be taken for CE credit or watched without CE credit.

COURSE CONTENT
Includes information on best practices to avoid scams and fraud in real estate. The course also reviews areas of real estate licensee liability – and how to avoid pitfalls to remain legally compliant.

OBTAIN 3 HOURS OF CE
This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the Real Estate Commission.

To be eligible to obtain CE credit: you must have your own individual registration link, your own email, and be able to electronically interact with the course using your own computer screen and keyboard. CTR electronically verifies the exact time entering/exiting the course, and confirms individual attendance and engagement throughout the course presentation by a registration link uniquely assigned to you.

1. Your name as it appears on your real estate license 
2. Your real estate license number 
3. Your email address (typed correctly).
4. Your M1/NRDS ID (Look up your member ID) 

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MON. JUNE 22 AT 1 PM 
CTR will not be able to troubleshoot technical issues on June 23, so please be sure you know how to use Zoom and to have YOUR name appear correctly on your Zoom display prior to the course starting.

NOTE:
1. Anyone who is not a CT REALTOR® member will be removed from registration.  
2. No one may utilize an artificial intelligence assistant or any type of recording device with this program.
