REALTOR® Radar: What's New, What's Next, What Matters

Learning Objectives
Understand new requirements that can impact your real estate practice - most notably the public listing law with a statutory form requirement when sellers and landlords opt-out of public marketing and the new UAD 3.6 form that will require extensively more information to collect from sellers for appraisal reports. You'll also learn details of CTR's new Solar Panel Advisory form plus recent and upcoming revisions to several other forms and how the CAN network can assist those in need of housing.

OBTAIN 3 HOURS OF CE
This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the Real Estate Commission.

To be eligible to obtain CE credit: you must have your own individual registration link, your own email, and be able to electronically interact with the course using your own computer screen and keyboard. CTR electronically verifies the exact time entering/exiting the course, and confirms individual attendance and engagement throughout the course presentation by a registration link uniquely assigned to you.

2. Your real estate license number
3. Your Member (NRDS) ID# - Look up ID#
4. Your email address (typed correctly).

CTR will not be able to troubleshoot technical issues on September 29, so please be sure you know how to use Zoom and to have YOUR name appear correctly on your Zoom display prior to the course starting.

NOTE:
1. Anyone who is not a CT REALTOR® member will be removed from registration.  
2. No one may utilize an artificial intelligence assistant or any type of recording device with this program.
