PSCS Overview Course - Virtual via Zoom

Members wishing to attain the PSCS designation, or members wishing to re-certify, are required to take this course which is being offered as follows:

• Friday, April 1, 2022 - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm   - OR -
• Wednesday, September 14 - 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Please plan to sign on early to test your device/equipment. Per DCP regulations, you must be able to communicate both audibly and visually and remain on screen the entire time to receive Continuing Education credit.  Be prepared to show ID prior to the start of class. 

This class satisfies the NAR Mandatory Code of Ethics training requirement and meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the real estate commission. It is approved for 3 hours of elective CE.  100% attendance is required – attendees arriving late, taking frequent extended breaks or leaving early will not be awarded ethics, PSCS recert or CE credits.

ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATION (for new PSCS candidates)
THIS SECTION TO BE FILLED OUT BY LOCAL BOARD ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVES ONLY. (Current PSCS designees registering for the course can click "NEXT" below.) PSCS Candidates must be certified by their local Board AE and meet the following criteria: 1. Must be and remain a REALTOR member in CT in good standing. 2. Shall currently serve or have previously served on the local Board's Grievance and/or Professional Standards Committee (meaning, authorized to serve on tribunals for one or the other at the local level). 3. Successfully complete this CTR-authorized Professional Standards Overview course (pre-requisite) and the additional 6 hours of CTR authorized PSCS courses. 4. Must recertify by completing the CTR-authorized Professional Standards Overview course every 3 years (calculated from the date of receipt of the certification). 5. Those who do not properly recertify within a 3-year period must meet all current requirements to again qualify for the designation.
