CTR Local/State Leadership Dinner - Chicago

Please note: This is a 30-minute Uber/Lyft ride (11 miles) from the Sheraton headquarter hotel (without traffic). The class will start promptly at 6:00, so please allow yourself enough time during rush hour to arrive on time. Ride sharing is encouraged.
Join us for this year’s leadership dinner that will be a fun, interactive, laid-back cooking class & dinner party! The class will be led by experienced local chefs as you work together to prepare a delicious family-style four course meal, cooked by you!
Dress is casual but please no open toed shoes as you will be working in a kitchen. Comfortable shoes to stand in are highly recommended.
The menu features a French Bistro Cuisine that will include:
French Onion Soup
Veal Demi, Brioche
Endive and Frisee Salad
Bacon, Sherry, Pears, Blue Cheese
Seared Filet and Mushrooms
Port Wine, Cream, Herbs
Vanilla Crème Brulee
Torched Sugar, Berries
This event is complimentary for the Association Executive and President-Elect from each Board. Drinks are included and available during the class and dinner itself. Fee for Guests: $160
