You are invited to join us for the installation of our 2024 President Carl Lantz and the Executive Committee. In addition, there will be formal recognition of our 2023 State and Local REALTORS® of the Year.

Attendance to this event is open and NO COST to CT REALTOR® members and association staff. Non-member guests pay $125.

  • 5:45 pm - Registration Opens
  • 6:00 - 7:00 pm - Cocktail Reception
  • 7:00 - 7:30 pm - Installation Program
  • 7:30 - 8:00 pm - Buffet Dinner
  • 8:00 - 8:30 pm - Awards
  • 8:30 - 9:30 pm - Dessert Reception

Parking Options

  • Very limited, free on-site parking available at the Delamar.
  • Recommended/CTR Funded: CTR will have parking spots reserved for this event at Isham Parking Garage located at 17 Isham Road in West Hartford. This is approximately a short 0.2 mile/ 5-minute walk to the Delamar. The garage will have signage and a parking attendant there to help guide you to the reserved CTR spots. CTR will cover the cost of your Isham Garage parking (no payment or voucher required upon entrance or exit).
  • Paid Parking Options:
    • Self-pay metered street parking. (Approximately $1.75 per hour.)
    • Self-pay Delamar Hotel valet parking (Approximately $40). Note that the Delamar will offer its valet parking services complimentary only for those staying overnight as hotel guests.

Hotel Rooms - A courtesy rate is extended to CTR guests solely based upon hotel availability for the night of December 7, 2023. Rate is $299 per night (taxes not included). CTR Cares Logo and be homeful

 

In conjunction with the CT REALTORS® Foundation, we will be supporting the 8th annual "be homeful for the holidays" campaign to prevent family homelessness in CT. Thanks to your generous donation, a child could stay safe at home. And for every $25 donation, the CT REALTORS Foundation will gift a Paddington plush bear to a child living in a shelter for the holidays.
