CT REALTORS® is proud to announce the 2026 Class for the CTR Leadership Academy. The inaugural class includes 10 REALTORS® from across the state.
The Leadership Academy is an 8-month program to develop and train future leaders and volunteers of the REALTOR® organization, the real estate industry and our communities.
“I am excited to work with these future leaders throughout the CT REALTORS® Leadership Academy. The program reflects CTR's commitment to leadership development, which benefits our members, clients, and communities across the state,” says Alexa Kebalo, 2026 CT REALTORS® President.
Leadership Academy participants will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to lead with purpose in their businesses, associations, and communities. They will engage in five interactive modules. Each module focuses on a different topic such as advocacy, NAR, public speaking and wellness.

The CTR Leadership Academy begins in March and concludes in October. Participants were selected from a competitive group of applicants.
