BOD Opt-In for Past CT REALTORS® Presidents

CT REALTORS® Past Presidents must annually opt-in to serve on the CT REALTORS® Board of Directors. This opt-in is only once annually and an affirmative response is necessary by the stated deadline to serve.

Background: At the 2013 July Board of Directors meeting, a motion was carried approving an amendment to the Bylaws Article IV, Section 1-A6, requiring an annual opt-in of the CT REALTORS® Past Presidents to serve as a Director on the CT REALTORS® Board of Directors for the year ("all Past Presidents of the Association who continue their Active Membership provided such Past President accepts the position of Director annually").

The first Board of Directors meeting will be on Thursday, March 19, 2020. However, 2020 BOD correspondence will begin shortly after the first of the year. Therefore, please submit the following information, confirming that you will or will not serve on the 2020 CT REALTORS® Board of Directors as soon as possible so we can appropriately note your service on the Board, including you in all correspondence. Per the Bylaws, you have until March 12 to respond affirmatively, after which, a lack of response will result in you not having an opportunity to serve on the 2020 CT REALTORS® BOD.

Please note that your choice is only valid for 2020. You will receive opt-in emails each year.
